Personal lessons are one-on-one training in your kitchen with your equipment and tools. I customize your lesson for a unique experience!

I have many diverse menu ideas for any occasion for you to choose from and together we’ll build the perfect menu you can feel excited and comfortable about. I’ll come to your kitchen for hands on personal training where family and friends are welcome to participate, watch or help. You’re bound to impress!

Personal “Menu” lesson fee includes:

$295 plus cost of groceries.

I will show you how to cook authentic Italian food that is healthy and delicious, yet fast and simple to prepare for the whole family. Have fun eating dishes that are made fresh right in front of you while learning Italian cooking and culture. Each session includes four 1 hour lessons with dinner:

  1. Tasting menu, showcasing extra-virgin olive oils, sea salts, vinegars and Milanese style Aperitivo appetizers.
  2. Pasta and sauces.
  3. Pesto and its different uses.
  4. Risotto and Arancini!
