A wonderful and delicious evening. We enjoyed taking part in the making of dishes. I considered myself an accomplished cook but after attending the class I realized I have much to learn! The dishes were not only delicious but simple and pleasing to eat made with such pure ingredients. We had the feeling that we were in an upscale restaurant. I was so excited that I recreated them at home. We look forward to attending another class.

Congrats on the menu, presentation and level of involvement of the students. We liked that we could talk and ask questions and we definitely picked up on a lot of techniques. We both loved the class and also liked that couples can bring their wine, and learn together. It was a nice “date night”.
